4 Tbsp Water Chestnuts
1 C Oatmeal
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 Beaten Egg
1/2 C Milk

1C BROWN SUGAR
1/2 BEEF BOULLION
1/2 C VINGAR
2 TlBS CORNSTARCH
2 TSP SOY SAUCE
1 CAN 8OZ PINEAPPLE
1 LG GREEN PEPPER

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredents for meatballs and make 1 in round ball, set aside
begin to make sauce, mix all but pineapple and green peppers in sauce pan and bring to a boil then simmer for 5 mnuets. Then add pineapple, peppers, meatballs and waterchestnuts and simmer for 30 min.
