2 cups mashed strawberries or raspberries
4 cups sugar
3/4 cups water
1 pkg. Pectin

Mix mashed fruit an sugar well, let stand for 10 minutes. Boil water and pectin for one minute. Combine and stir for three minutes. Pour into one cup containers (can get from a store deli). After cooled, put lid on and put in freezer for up to a year, or in the fridge for 3 weeks.
