2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
7/8 cup shortening

1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, shortening together with a pastry blender or two forks until pea-size balls form. Place 1/3 cup mix into 1/4 cup water to make paste. Stir until blended. Add to rest of mixture. Make 2 balls. Roll one ball at a time between two sheets of wax paper. Mold into pie pan. Cook for 425º F for 10 minutes.
