2 C cooked roast beef
4 C tomato juice
2 cans (14.5oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 C water
3 large red potatoes, diced
2 C frozen Lima beans
1 large onion diced
1 C celery diced
1 T beef bouillon granules
2 t sugar
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
In a dutch oven or soup kettle, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes. Discard bay leaf before serving.
