1 pkg (2 tsp) yeast
c warm water
tsp sugar

c cold water
tsp oil
Tbsp sugar
tsp salt

1 - 2 c flour
oil for pan

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine yeast, warm water, and tsp sugar - let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine cold water, oil, tbsp sugar, and tsp salt. Add foamy yeast mixture. Stir.

3. Stir in flour and knead for 3-5 minutes.

4. Once the dough has been kneaded, spray a gallon size baggie with cooking spray and put the dough inside the bag. Make sure all air is out and sealed shut tight.

5. Place the bag in the fridge overnight.
