2 (16-oz) cans sliced Peach
1 egg
¾ cup Whipping Cream
2 tsp. All-purpose flour
⅓ cup Sugar
¼ tsp. Salt
½ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare pastry dough. Drain peaches. Cut large slices in half lengthwise. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Beat with wire whisk or rotary beater until smooth. Preheat oven the 375º.
2. Cut dough into 2 equal portions. On lightly floured surface, roll out one portion to 11" pie pan. Arrange drained peaches evenly in unbaked pie shell. Trim edge of dough to rim.
3. Pour cream mixture over peaches. Roll out remaining dough to 12" circle. Cut slits if desired. Fit circle over filling. Fold top edge under bottom edge, making raised edge. Flute if desired. Glaze and top as desired. Cover edge with foil. Bake 25 minutes and remove foil. Bake up to 25 minutes or longer til crust is golden brow. Cool. Refrigerate, then serve.
