1 stick oleo
½ cup oil
1 ¾ cups sugar
5 egg yolks
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 small can angel flake coconut
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
5 egg whites, beaten

Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
½ stick oleo, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients; fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into three 8” pans. Bake for 25 minutes at 350º. Mix frosting ingredients.
