18 frozen Rhodes bread rolls, thawed in fridge overnight
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Pour melted butter and brown sugar into bottom of 9x13" pan, spread evenly and set aside. Mix cinnamon & sugar together in a bowl. Roll each piece of dough into an 8" snake. Dip dough in bowl of water and then roll in cinnamon & sugar mixture. Tie dough in knots and place in the brown sugar pan. Pour whipping cream over the knots. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes until puffy and lightly browned, separate knots in pan, turn over to coat tops. Spoon rest of sauce over knots and serve.
