1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1/2 cup water
3 eggs (beaten)
3/4 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine milk and water. Heat until scalding then remove from the heat. Slowly stir in the beaten eggs. Add sugar and salt. Pour into a custard pan which has been set in a shallow pan of hot water. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
