Cooked Rice- 2 cups
Fresh Broccoli- 2 stalks (chopped and cooked_
Celery- 1/2 cup
Onion- 1/3 cup
Margarine- 2 Tbsp
Cream of chicken soup- 2 cans
Cream of celery soup- 1 can
Cheddar cheese (or Velveeta)- 1 cup

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery, onion, and margarine. When barely tender, combine with broccoli, soup, and cheese.

Put rice on bottom of dish and top with mixture above. Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly (About 30 minutes).
