3/4 lb butter
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
6 eggs
3 cups self rising flour
3 cups sugar
1 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese together. Once creamed, add sugar and eggs (one at a time). Once the mixture is blended well add the flour gradually, then add vanilla and lemon extract. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
Start in a cold oven. Set oven on 325 degrees. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
