2 cans (10 oz each) Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can black beans (optional)
1 (14 oz) can Rotel (whatever level of spice you desire)
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 large chicken breasts (raw), diced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dump everything into the crockpot and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours (2 to 3 hours on high). Serve over tortilla chips and garnish with minced cilantro, sour cream, sliced avocado or black olives, etc.. Whatever you like on nachos.
