Mix together:
6 cups flour
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 cups crisco

Mix above together, pour on counter, and make a hole in center.
Add 4 egg yolks, 2 cups COLD milk and some water with the yolks.

Roll all into a ball (dont mix)-if too sticky, add flour... if too dry, add water.
refrigerate dough for 2 hours.

roll out into rectangles, spread crisco on dough, fold 1/3 of the side in, spread again with crisco. Fold in other 1/3, spread crisco on again, then finally fold last 1/3 in after coating it in crisco.
Refrigerate 2 hours, and repeat folding and adding Crisco again as above.
refrigerate 2 more hours.

roll out and cut into strips about 4 inches long, and wrap on forms.
bake, cool slightly, then pull off form.
