Ground Beef- 2 lbs
Ragu- 3 15.5 ounce jars
Ricotta Cheese- 2 lbs
Mozzarella- 1.5 lbs
Egg- 1 beaten
Parsley- 1 Tbsp flakes
Lasagna noodles- 1 lb
Grated Parmesan- 1 cup
Salt and Pepper to taste

Recipe is for 2 baking dishes made at once
-Brown beef in large skillet. Drain fat. Add Ragu and bring to a boil. Cut 12 thin slices of mozzerella for topping. Shred remaining Mozerella and mix with Ricotta, egg, parsley, salt and pepper. Ladle I cup of meat sauce into bottom of each baking dish. Layer 3 noodles. Add 1 cup of cheese mixture and 1 cup of meat sauce in each pan. Repeat twice. Sprinkle 1/2 cup Parmesan on each. Top with Mozerella slices.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes (Bake at 400 for 75 minutes if frozen).
Uncover and heat for 15 minutes more.
