2½ cups flour

1 tsp. salt

1 cup margarine

1 egg yolk, beaten

¾ cup milk

1 - 28 oz. can apple pie filling

1 egg white

1 cup icing sugar

1 Tbsp. water

½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and work margarine and salt into the flour. Mix egg and milk together and pour into flour mixture as for pie crust. Divide dough in half and roll out to fit a cookie sheet. Top. with apple pie filling. Roll remaining dough and fit on top.

Brush top with egg white (slightly beaten with fork).

Bake 400ºF for 20-25 minutes.

While still hot, drizzle with the glaze of sugar, water and vanilla.
