4 eggs
1 2/3 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Cooking Oil
1 16 oz can pumpkin
2 cups Flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp cinnamon

Frosting
1 3 oz. pkg cream cheese
cup margarine
1 tsp vanilla
2 Cups Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixer bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin until light & fluffy. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
Mix all together thoroughly. Spread into a 10x15x1 inch greased and floured baking pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Cool and frost


Frosting
Combine cream cheese and margarine. Stir in vanilla. Add powdered sugar, a little at a time. Beat well
