Ingredients:  
1 small head cauliflower

1 cup Italian or French dressing

teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)

dash Tobasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Wash cauliflower and pat dry. Separate flowerets into bite size pieces.

Combine dressing of your choice with Tobasco sauce and garlic powder.

Microwave dressing for 2-4 minutes on high.

Pour hot dressing over cauliflower.

Refrigerate cauliflower and dressing overnight to allow flavour to penetrate.

To serve, drain and serve with toothpicks.
