¾ cup corn meal
¾ cup flour
¼ cup sugar (or less)
½ teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 egg, beaten
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Mix and sift dry ingredients. Add egg & sour cream. Mix well and bake in oiled pan at 400º for 20-25 minutes.
