2 lb extra lean hamburger
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic
4 stalks chopped celery
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can corn
1 can olives
Salt
Pepper
Chili powder
½ C. Old Fashioned Cornmeal mush

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, add celery and onions; season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Stir until veggies are tender. Pour in flat pan. Add 1 can stewed tomatoes, 1 can corn, and ½ can of olives. In blender add water to ½ cup Old Fashioned corn meal mush. Stir until smooth and pour over ingredients in pan. Add remaining olives on top and bake at 350º for one hour. Cover and let stand for fifteen minutes. Serve.
