½ lb beef
1 C. Refried beans
1 tsp dry oregano crushed
½ tsp dry cumin
8 manicotti shells
1¼ C. Water
8oz sour cream
¼ C. finely chopped green onions
¼ C. sliced pitted black olives
1 C. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (8oz) can picante sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beans, oregano, and cumin. Add to beef. Mix well. Fill shells with mixture. Place in 10x6x2 baking pan. Combine water and picante sauce, pour over shells. Cover with foil. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Turn each shell mixture during baking. Top with cheese, cook 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream, onions, and olives.
