2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Freshly Cracked Pepper
2 Portobello Mushroom Caps
2 Buns
Tomato
Lettuce
Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, stir together the olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, Smoked paprika and 10 shakes of pepper.
2. Remove stems from mushrooms. Put marinade into the gills and over the tops and let sit for 30 minutes
3. Heat grill to medium/medium-high heat and add mushrooms and any leftover marinade. Cook for about 7 min on each side or until fully cooked
4. When making the completed, ready to eat burger, do not put mushroom on until you are ready to eat it because it will make the bun get soggy very quickly.
