2 tbsp parsley
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen mixed veggies
¼ cup chopped onion
½ cup butter
¼ cup flour
2 tsp chicken bullion
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp thyme
¼ tsp sage
dash pepper
1 ⅓ cup milk
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken or turkey

Directions:

Cook veggies and drain, reserving liquid. Add enough water to make 1 cup. Set aside. In skillet, cook onion in butter until soft, not brown. Blend in flour, chicken bullion, salt, thyme, sage and pepper. Add milk and veggie liquid. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes. Stir in chicken or turkey and mixed veggies, parsley. Keep warm. Place crust in dish. Pour chicken mixture in. Cover with top crust. Crumple edges. Cut 2 slits on top.

Bake at 375º for 35-40 minutes.
