2 pounds carrots, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 can tomato soup
¾ cup sugar
½ cup Crisco oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
½ cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots until tender in small amount of boiling salted water. Cool, combine with onion & pepper. Drain & marinate overnight in refrigerate in: tomato soup, sugar, mustard, Crisco oil, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar.
