1 can cream corn
1 can whole corn drained
8 oz sour cream
1 box (8.5 oz.) JIFFY corn muffin mix
1/2 stick margarine or butter, melted
1 egg

8x8 baking dish

Directions:
Directions:
mix all ingredients together, pour into a 8 x 8 greased pan and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Add an additional 15 minutes if you double the recipe and bake in a 9x13 greased pan

Top will be golden brown and soft but not jiggly to the touch.
