Ingredients:  
2 tbsp butter
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 bananas crushed ( make sure they are really ripe)
1 tsp baking soda
walnuts crushed (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
let butter soften then cream butter and sugar, add eggs
Dissolve 1 tsp baking soda in 2 TBSP of hot water and add to mixture
add bananas, milk, flour, Baking powder and walnuts (optional) and use beater to mix all

Bake at 350º for about an hour until toothpick comes out clean. Do not overbake

Makes 2 loaves.
