1 cup quick cook grits
6 cups water
2 teaspoons salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 sticks oleo
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon tabasco
1 pound American cheese, cut into chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits in salted water according to directions on box. Combine cooked grits with remaining ingredients. Stir until cheese & oleo have melted. Pour into greased 9x13 casserole. Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes.
