1 cup chopped onion
3/4 c dried lentils
3/4 c brown rice, uncooked
3/4 c shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp dried whole thyme
1/2 tsp dried whole basil
1/2 tsp dried whole oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp rubbed sage
1/4 c water
Vegetable cooking spray
2 (10 oz) cans low sodium chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 11 ingredients in a 1-1/2 quart casserole coated with cooking spray. Stir well. Add broth, stir well. Cover and bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hrs. or until lentils are tender.
