1 lb ground beef or ground venison
8 oz egg noodles (or other kind)
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 lb Velvetta cheese (1/2 of large size)
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion, salt & pepper. Drain. Boil noodles. Cut up cheese into small chunks, for easier melting. Add to hamburger onion mixture. Add cream of mushroom soup. Drain noodles. Add hamburger mixture to noodles & serve.
