3 bananas
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup greek yogurt
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
1 egg
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1-2/3 cups flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375

In mixing bowl, add bananas & mix until small lumps are left. Add honey, vanilla extract, greek yogurt, coconut oil & egg. Mix until combined. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt & baking soda. Mix until combined. Add in mini chocolate chips. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. Fill each space 3/4 full. Bake 15-17 minutes.
