Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup flour
2 T sugar
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp butter, melted
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together, in electric mixer bowl. Pour milk in a glass bowl or measuring pitcher and microwave just until the milk is a little bit warm. Add eggs and whisk together, then add the melted butter and whisk again. Warming the milk will keep the melted butter from clumping up in the cold milk, letting it mix in well.

Turn a medium sized pan on to medium heat and let it heat up while you finish mixing the batter.

Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients in the mixer and mix on low speed until it is blended. Add the vanilla and mix on medium speed til it is completely mixed and smooth.

Pour batter into heated pan (no need for butter or non-stick spray if you have a non-stick pan) depending on how thick/thin you prefer your crepes. I use a 1/4 cup of batter and adjust as needed.

**Adjust heat as needed also. Sometimes medium heat can get too hot, so you may need to turn it down a bit half way through if your crepes are turning out too crispy. The goal is soft and thin crepes! YUM!

Fill crepes with "Crepe Filling," nutella and bananas, nutella and maple syrup, berries, jam, fruit, etc. or any combination of these things.

Top with powdered sugar, maple syrup, buttermilk syrup, boysenberry syrup, raspberry syrup etc.
