1 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
1 stick of butter
2 c. fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in casserole dish. Mix sugar, flour and milk, pour over butter (do not stir). Add fruit. Bake at 375º for about 40 minutes.

If using sweeten fruit, such as canned peaches, you can decrease sugar. I add cinnamon when making peach or pear cobbler.
