2 cups boiling water
2 cups chopped potatoes
½ cup chopped carrots
½ cup chopped onions
1 ½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ chopped celery
2 cups Velveeta cheese OR 1 can cheddar cheese soup and ¾ cup Velveeta cheese
1 cup ham or bacon
¼ cup flour
¼ cup oleo
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer vegetables for 10 minutes; do not drain. Make white sauce using flour, oleo and milk. Add: 2 cups Velveeta cheese OR 1 can of cheddar cheese soup & ¾ cup Velveeta cheese. Add ham or bacon (fried & drained).
