1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
3/4 cup oil
1 egg (beaten well)
3 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups rhubarb (finely chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cinnamon with 1/4 cup of the granulated sugar; blend well and set aside. Cream together remaining cup of sugar, brown sugar and oil; add egg and vanilla, beating thoroughly.
Sift together salt, baking soda and flour; add alternately with buttermilk, beating smooth each time. Stir in chopped rhubarb; pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle reserved cinnamon-sugar mixture over top. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until done.
