Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup self-rising flour
2 tbsp self-rising flour
1 cup plain, fat-free Greek yogurt
1/2 cup boiling water
1 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put the self-rising flour (1 cup plus 2 tablespoons) and plain, fat-free Greek yogurt in the bowl of a stand mixer with the dough hook attachment.

2. Mix at a low speed until combined. Then, knead at a medium speed for about 3 minutes until a ball forms. If the dough is too sticky, add more self-rising flour a little at a time.

3. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Sprinkle the top with flour, knead a couple of times, and form the dough into a ball. Cut the dough ball into four wedges.

4. Roll each piece of dough into a long rope. Cut each rope into about 12 small segments.

5. Dissolve baking soda in boiling water. Dip the dough segments into the baking soda mixture. Place on a parchment covered baking sheet.

6. Bake at 425˚F for 7-10 minutes, until golden brown.

7. Brush pretzel bites with melted butter and sprinkle with pretzel salt.

Personal Notes:
I put an average of 8 points...it makes 48 bites, and usually Josh and I eat most of them, and Luke gets a few. We usually mix normal mustard with spicy brown mustard to dip, but of course add points accordingly.

And never forget to line the baking pan with parchment paper. I ruined a pan when I forgot one day and the baking soda left outlines...oops.
