Ingredients: 1 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt 1 cup Self Rising Flour (plus extra for kneading) Dried or fresh rosemary (chopped), about 1 1/2 Tbs Garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste Olive oil spray Sea salt

Directions:1. Combine yogurt and flour in bowl till dough begins to form.
2. When it is well combined, turn it out onto a dry surface and knead any remaining pieces and flour until a smooth dough ball is formed. Have extra flour on hand to use on your hands and dough to prevent it from sticking.
3. Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
4. Sprinkle dough with seasonings and work them into the dough while kneading.
5. When seasonings are well distributed, form dough into a disc about an inch thick
6. Spray disc with olive oil or lightly rub on with basting brush if you don’t have a spray.
7. Sprinkle with sea salt and place in preheated oven for 25-30 min.
8. After 25-30 min, change oven settings to high broil and keep it under the broiler for 4-5 min, turning pan as needed to be sure loaf is evenly browned.
9. The loaf is done when it is the color you like or a light golden brown. |
