2 3½ pounds chicken, cut up
8 oz bottled Russian dressing
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
10 oz jar apricot preserves
Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken parts skin side up, in a single layer in a large shallow baking dish.

Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken.

Bake at 350º for 1½ hours, basting occasionally with the sauce.
