4 Red Delicious apples, peeled and chopped
1 bag raw cranberries -12 ounces
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
1 cup water
1 stick butter, melted
3 packs instant maple brown sugar oatmeal
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together apples, cranberries, granulated sugar and water. Place in a clear 9” x 12”casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Mix together the melted butter, oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and pecans until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the top of fruit mixture.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

I did not start making this until Sally was in middle school. It is now requested as it is so delicious and adds wonderful color to the table.
