1- 14 ounce package Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix, prepared per directions
1 bunch celery, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 stick of butter
1 t. each sage, thyme, pepper, paprika
4 cups chicken or turkey broth
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté diced celery and onions in butter until opaque. In a large bowl, mix Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix and crumbled prepared corn bread. Stir in sautéed celery and onions. Mix well. Stir in seasonings. Add broth. Mix well. Stir in eggs, blend lightly. Pour into a large glass casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes until lightly browned on top.

Although, I know I can never duplicate Mimi’s dressing, I have worked over the years to get close to something that at least resembles hers and have written it down so it can be passed on to the next generation for continued experimentation!
