Dried Split Peas
Yellow Potatoes
Sweet Potatoes
Onion
Carrots
Garlic
Celery
Ham hock (Turkey Bacon works also)
Seasonings of choice
Heavy Cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add everything except cream to a crockpot. Cover with boiling water and place the lid on the crockpot and cook on LOW for 9-10 hours.
2. When the cooking time is up, take a whisk or spoon and stir the soup. The peas will dissolve into the broth.
3. Add in 1˝ cups of heavy cream and put lid back on and allow to thicken for 30 minutes or so.
