¼ chopped sun dried tomatoes, not in oil
½ cup chicken stock
4 boneless chicken breast
½ cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 tablespoons dry red wine
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
½ cup skim milk
2 teaspoon corn starch
½ teaspoon dry basil
2 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomatoes and broth, let stand 30 minutes. Cook mushrooms, onion, garlic and wine in a 10 inch skillet, for 3 minutes. Add oil to skillet, cook chicken in oil until brown on both sides. Add tomato mixture heat until boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Remove chicken from pan, mix in milk, corn starch, and basil. Stir in tomato mixture. Heat to boiling; stir constantly for 1 minute. Stir in mushroom mixture. Serve.
