16 ounces uncooked macaroni
3 tbl. butter
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1 tbl. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 c. water
1 12 oz can evap milk
10 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. shredded monterey jack cheese
2 oz. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook macaroni, butter, salt, pepper and water in pot. Drain.

Add evap milk and mustard. Stir together. Add chesses a little at a time.

Serve immediately or place in casserole dish and top with additional cheese or breadcrumbs.

Can use any kind of cheeses. I typically use the parmesan cheese that goes on top of spaghetti for one of my cheeses. Use whatever you have. Delicious!
