In large bowl add: 4 Tbl. sugar
4 Tbl. yeast
4 c. warm water let rise til double

Scald: 4 c. milk

In mixer add: 2/3 c. oil
3 Tbl. salt
2/3 c. honey
9 c. white flour
9 c. wheat flour


Directions:
Directions:
Add 9 cups of white flour and mix well.

Add yeast mixture. Then add 9 cups wheat flour and mix for 7 minutes. Form into 5 large loaf pans. Place on top of preheated 350 oven and cover wit cloth. Let rise approximately 30 minutes. Place in 375 oven for 10 minutes. Turn down oven to 350 degrees, and bake for an additional 2025 minutes. Remove when tops of loaves are golden brown. Place on cooling racks and cover with cloth. After approximately 15 minutes removes from bread pans and cover again with cloth. While still warm place in bread bags to keep crust from getting and crunch. Can be frozen and thawed as necessary
