Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 pounds cream cheese
2 pounds grated cheddar cheese
2 bunches of green onions, chopped green parts as well.
¼ lb chipped beef, chopped (I usually use 1 or 2 packages of Carl Buddig dried beef)
¾ cup sour cream
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ small green pepper, chopped
Green olives (with pimentos--red and green, get it) to taste, sliced.

Directions:
Mix it all together. It makes a load. You can put it into molds or crocks, make it into logs, or balls, roll it in chopped nuts or parsley, however you'd like to serve it.

It's good and it doesn't take a lot of time to make it. Better if you let it sit a day or so before serving so flavors can meld.
