1 C oil
2 C brown sugar

1 egg
2 C canned pumpkin
2 tsp vanilla

4 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cloves

1 bag Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix oil and sugar well

Add egg, pumpkin and vanilla
Beat thoroughly

Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl
Add to mixer

Stir in chips

Scoop onto greased cookie sheet, bake one test cookie12-15 min
