Crab Rangoon Dip Recipe

8 oz Brick of cream cheese
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sour cream
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs Lemon juice
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, fresh
2 Cans (6oz) crab meat, drained
1 cup mozzarella cheese, divided
2 Tbs Fresh chives
1 Clove garlic
1/2 tsp Pepper

Dipping chips-
1 package wonton wrappers
cooking spray

Garnish with fresh chives, about 1Tbs

Heat oven to 350

For the wonton chips; cut wontons diagonally and cut again making 4 triangles from each wonton. Spray with cooking spray and arrange chips in a single layer on pan.
Bake 7-8 minutes or until brown and crispy, set aside.

Combine all but 1/2 c of mozzarella cheese, in a casserole dish, mixing well.
Top with remaining cheese and bake 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Garnish with chives serve with the wonton chips
