Filling:
1 can crushed pineapple
3 T corn starch
1/2 c sugar

Boil until thick and cool.

3 c flour
1 c butter
3 egg yolks, beaten
2/3 c scalded milk

Cool until lukewarm and add 2 packages yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Roll dough between waxed paper in the shape of a cookie sheet.
Spread filling and top with other 1/2 of roughed out dough.

Let rise 1 hour. Bake 350º for 40 minutes -

When cool: Frost with:

1/3 c butter
2 c 4x sugar
1 t vanilla.

Add enough milk to make smooth paste.

Spread with chopped nuts.
