9 Slices of white bread (crusts removed) - Food Processed crumbs
2 Large Onions - Food Processed until minced
Half a block a Kerry Gold butter - Or similar (Real irish butter)
2-3 Teaspoons of Parsley
2-3 Teaspoons on Thyme
Seasoning - Salt and Pepper


1. Melt butter in a pan or the microwave
2. Mix the breadcrumbs and onions together
3. Add in the herbs and mix
4. Stir in the melted butter
5. Mix all together

Roll into individual balls (Golf ball size or slightly bigger)

Lay out on a grease proof baking tray and cook for around 20mins or until set at approx 375F
