2 tsp. sugar,honey,syrup
1 tsp. salt
2 table spoons oil
4 cups bread flour
2 tsp. breab machine yeast

Directions:
Put the 1st 4 ingrediens in the loaf pan, stir until mixed,a few stirs. add flour, fully covering the liquid. Sprinkle the yeast on top of the flour, making sure not to touch 6he liquid.

put it in the bread machine, get out a hot tottie and read a good book.

when finished, put it out onna dish towel to cool. cut and add tons of butter.

In New Jersey I ised to make lots of bread. I loved waking up in the cold and having the house smell of cinnamon rolls. This is the 1st recipe that I have gotten to work in California. I thaught maybe i dreamed it. It finally came at just the right time. We are all stuck at home with covid19 for Christmas.
