1 bag spinach
2 or more hard boiled eggs
3 or 4 slices of bacon
1 small red onion sliced
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3-4 sliced mushrooms

Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 cup vinegar (white or rice)
1/3 cup catsup (ketchup)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp brandy

For the dressing: Place all in a blender for a few minutes

Arrange the salad on individual plates and serve with dressing
