Equal parts non fat refried beans and any type of salsa.

Shredded cheese - about 1/2 the amount of each above

Combine refried beans and salsa with shredded cheddar cheese ( original recipe calls for non-fat...). Microwave for about 3 minutes. Stir and continue cooking and stirring until cheese is thoroughly melted and blended. Serve with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
